Select "Practical health posts" for monthly emails with tips and information on nutrition and cooking, mental and physical health conditions, sleep, exercise, and overall wellness. These are written from a naturopathic medicine perspective and are all evidence-based practical information.
Select "Recipe updates" to receive an email when new foods are posted on my website (~2x month). My recipes are all gluten-free and cater to a variety of tastes and other food sensitivities/digestive issues, including vegetarian (not all), vegan, low-fodmap, egg-free, and dairy-free. They are all regular gluten-meat-sugar-eating taste approved!
Select "Intuitive approaches and HSP posts" if you are interested in reading about my explorations into the more "woo-woo" side of healing, including energy work and what it means to be highly sensitive. Some of this is evidence based (especially topics related to my book project on sensory processing sensitivity), but many are not and require an open mind to non-Western approaches.
